GradConnection is an online resource for graduates to learn more and compare graduate employers. Founded in 2008 GradConnection is run by 3 kiwi graduates who have backgrounds in IT on one of the big 4 banks graduate programs.

Our values and culture

GradConnection takes the employer values and culture of an organisation and feeds these into the

 Graduate Program Wizard so graduates can compare the values and cultures across organisations and find what’s right for them.

GradConnection's Services

GradConnection have three main tools on the website for graduates:

1.Graduate Program Wizard matches employers to graduates by taking the employers graduate offering and based on what you’re looking for in a graduate job ranks the most relevant employers back to you. 

2. Graduate Resume Builder, designed specifically for graduates applying for graduate jobs the resume builder can help you know what to put on your resume and how to structure it.   

3. Graduate Forums, is Australia’s online community for current students and graduates to talk about and to graduate employers.
