Thanks to all of you who responded to our call for feedback at the Student Centre. It is always pleasing to receive so much positive feedback on how helpful and professional you found our staff.
Some of you raised concern about waiting times during our peak periods and as a result of this feedback we will be directing more resources to counter coverage during lunches and other busy times.
Please feel free to continue to let us know how we are doing - you can drop a note in our lodgement boxes if you would like to remain anonymous, or you can also let us know through UQ Answers.
