College Philosophy & Admission

Admission Procedure

An applicant for a College place at St. John's must first apply in writing to the Warden for an Application Package. This should be done as early as possible in the year preceding entry. The Application Form must be returned with the registration fee, and referees' forms sent to those nominated. The applicant should make arrangements for an interview at the College. The Warden occasionally visits various centres throughout Queensland for interviews. See the Correspondence page on this site for details related to making contact with the College.

Offers of places in College are made in January. Those who accept the invitation to become members of the College are expected to act at all times, both in and out of College, in such a manner as to promote the peace, honour and well-being of the College as a place of education, religion, learning and research.
