Assessment Information

Where & When: Handing in Assignments

Please check your course profile to confirm the due date of your assessment and the method of submission.

Assignments that you need to submit in hardcopy can be handed in to assignment slot, located at the level 2 reception desk.

Please note that the assignment slot is only accessible during office opening hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm).

If you are submitting an assignment late please make this known to the reception staff so that they may stamp the time of submission to minimise late penalties.

Applying for an Extension

• You can apply for an extension using the Assignment Extension Form. 
• Please ensure that you have read the School’s policy on extensions on the second page of the form.
• It is vital that you receive written confirmation of your extension before submitting your assignment late.

Returning Assignments to Students

In the first instance assignments are returned to students in your tutorials or lecture.  The remaining assignments are then available for collection from SJC reception.

Your course coordinator will let you know via Blackboard when your assignments have been delivered to SJC reception for collection.
