Update access to the core student administration system is dependent on the completion of training, and can be granted in the following areas:

  • Fundamentals
  • Admissions Part A
  • Admissions Part B
  • Records and Enrolments
  • Change Program/Plan
  • Maintain Student Grades
  • Maintain Course Catalogue & Schedule Classes

Other SI-net modules (functions in SI-net provided only to specific units and staff) include:

  • Academic Advisement Read Only
  • Academic Advisement Assessor
  • Academic Advisement Advances
  • Courses and Programs Update
  • Courses and Programs Approve
  • UQ International
  • Graduations (Note - Training required)
  • Research Student Admin
