We check their Semester Address. The student must have a Semester Address in QLD. They can update this in mySI-net.
*Note: every day there are a few students who have selected AUSTRIA instead of AUSTRALIA from the country list - this then prevents them from adding a State = QLD.

A student must be studying their full-time load internally (on-campus). A student may be multi-modal but their full-time load must be internal to be eligible for the transport concession. Example: a Semester 1 Undergraduate program full-time load is #6 units. A student must study #6 internally but may study #2 externally and still be eligible.
420
Student ID and DOB match, however the participant is ineligible due to insufficient study load.
you have an insufficient study load. To find out more check your details with your institution.
A full-time load at UQ is
UGRD, PGCW: #6 units/semester
PGRS: #4 units/research quarter
UQCL: #6 units/trimester
If a student is studying cross-institutionally, they can provide their course details to us to evaluate their eligibility manually (send details to SI-netHelp@uq.edu.au)
