"Delivering One to One Training" is designed to help you to:

  1. Explore some general principles of learning and consider how they relate to your one-to-one training delivery
  2. Understand how effective communication can improve your training delivery
  3. Develop an insight into your own personality and communication preferences, and how this may manifest in the way you train others
  4. Enhance your skills in facilitating the learning of others, by:

    - determining the dominant personality style of your trainee/s

    - planning and tailoring your training interactions accordingly

    - communicating effectively and asking useful questions

    - giving meaningful feedback to trainees during and after training; and

    - welcoming feedback and evaluating your own training delivery.
