SI-net support staff are involved in the ongoing development and testing of SI-net and mySI-net and are responsible for the following:

  • Maintaining SI-net, the University of Queensland's student administration system
  • Maintaining mySI-net, the staff and student self-service component of SI-net
  • Providing support to the staff who use SI-net and mySI-net
  • Providing training for SI-net and mySI-net
  • Providing communication regarding ongoing developments

Staff input is welcomed and any comments or specific requests can be emailed to SI-net Help. Alternatively, contact the SI-net Business Analysts by phoning extension x58844 (8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday).

If you have any suggestions for significant changes to improve SI-net and/or mySI-net please complete and submit the Change Request Form. The request will be evaluated by both the SI-net Business Analysts and the Academic and Student System Advisory Committee (ASSAC). You will be advised by email of the outcome of your request.
