The Mail Operations Unit operates across the St Lucia, Ipswich and Gatton campuses. The Unit supports the activities of the University by providing mail distribution, collection and processing for incoming, outgoing and interdepartmental mail. The Unit's Team Members have the responsibility for assessing their internal customers' emerging needs and constantly alter service deliveries to meet these needs.
