 Exercise program for staff


The UQ Staff Fitness program is an adult health and fitness program conducted by UQ Sport. It is designed to encourage University staff to adopt a safe and enjoyable exercise routine as part of a healthy lifestyle. The UQ Staff Fitness program's primary aim is to provide personal attention and group support in an affordable, high quality program.
