Statute No. 4 Student Discipline and Misconduct
Note: At its meeting 20 November 2008, Senate resolved to designate the Academic Registrar the Secretary and Registrar for the purposes of the University of Queensland Statute No. 4 (Student Discipline and Misconduct) 1999, excluding sections 13(2) and 17(2), where Senate resolved to designate the University Secretary and General Counsel the Secretary and Registrar.
Statute No. 5 Awards
Note: At its meeting 19 February 2009, Senate resolved to designate the University Secretary and General Counsel the Secretary and Registrar for the purposes of section 8 of the University of Queensland Statute No. 5 (Awards). At the same meeting, Senate also resolved to designate the Academic Registrar the Secretary and Registrar for the purposes of sections 10, 11 and 13 of the University of Queensland Statute No. 5 (Awards) 1999.
