Book a campus visit to UQ for your school
To assist students to make an informed decision about their tertiary studies options, the UQ School Liaison team invites schools to visit the St Lucia, Ipswich and Gatton campuses throughout the year.
Campus visits provide student groups with an opportunity to gain first hand experience of life at UQ. A general campus visit to UQ would usually last two hours and includes a presentation on UQ programs, services and facilities, time for students to ask questions and a campus tour.
If time permits, a range of other activities and presentations can be incorporated into a campus visit including:
- a library or residential college tour
- area-of-study presentations or interactive workshops and seminars
- lunch at either a residential college or at one of our on-campus cafes
Please note that some activities may incur a cost for participation. For safety on campus we recommend that all students wear comfortable, closed-in shoes and bring a bottle of water.
Please note:
- arrangements for school visits can only be made by Guidance Officers or other authorised school contacts
- every effort will be made to accommodate your request, however, we hope that you will appreciate that in peak season it may not be possible to meet all requests

For Gatton campus visits, contact - e.pearl@uq.edu.au
