About the Event
Careers that shape the world is an exciting student experience day specifically designed to help Year 11 and 12 students choose a career that’s right for them.
The annual event enables students to discover the wide range of exciting career opportunities made available to them through studying at UQ.
The 2012 event will be held on Thursday 12 July, at UQ's St Lucia campus.
Students will take part in interactive, career-focused sessions, from areas across the University, delivered by industry professionals, academic experts, and students from UQ.
Sessions will be from areas including: Business, Economics, Tourism and Law; Engineering, Architecture and Information Technology; Health; Humanities, Social Science, Education and Arts; and Science.
