Presentation by Michelle Grech from DSTO
In her presentation to members and guests entitled, "All Aboard: Field Trials Experience in Human Factors," Michelle described her experience as principal research scientist on a dedicated sea trial, in Canadian waters, examining the effects of ship motion on human performance.
Dr. Michelle Grech is a chartered engineer working as a project engineer, marine surveyor and maritime Human Factors researcher. She has published a book on maritime human factors and is now working at the Defence Science and Technology Organisation (DSTO).
