  • Izhak Nadler was runner-up for the Alphonse Chapanis student paper prize and placed second in the Healthcare Technical Group Student Paper Prize
  • Anita Vuckovic received placed third in the Cognitive Engineering and Decision Making Technical Group Student Paper Prize
  • HFES participated in the ‘Showcase Your University Lab’ poster session
  • HFES-UQ was awarded Gold Recognition

 HFES-UQ CLEM7 Field Trip

Clem 7 Field Trip
HFES-UQ members travelled to the control centre of the Clem Jones Tunnel (CLEM7). The CLEM7 is one of the largest infrastructure projects to be completed in Queensland, Australia and it contains an impressive array of monitoring and safety technology. Click for more

  Our Secretary Gives Guest Lecture
HFES-UQ secretary Tania Xiao talks to 3rd year undergraduates in an Organizational Psychology lecture about our student chapter. She encouraged the students to be part of a research project that will be conducted at the local hospital. (Click for more)
