SBS Dean’s Scholars

The Faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences (SBS) recognises exemplary undergraduate student performance in SBS courses on a semester-by-semester basis.

Each semester (excluding Summer Semester) we identify and recognise undergraduate students in the top 5% of those who complete a full-time semester study load comprising at least #6 of study in SBS courses.

Students identified as Dean’s Scholars based on their results in semester 1 or 2 each year receive:

  • Faculty recognition and School support
  • SBS Computer Labs:
    • $20 Printing Credit
    • A $20 photocopy voucher from the Library
  • Priority in Summer Research Scholarships
  • Participation in a limited-entry research course (SOSC3900)
