This sheet outlines the steps that should be followed in order for the induction process to be successful.

Induction checklists have been developed to address specific induction needs depending upon the type of appointment with the School. There are tailored checklists for:

These checklists are split into two phases, Prior to Commencement and Commencement. To ensure the success of the induction program it is critical that both phases are completed in a timely and comprehensive manner.

 

In addition to the key processes outlined above, SBMS delivers a comprehensive OH&S Induction which is conducted fortnightly and is compulsory for all new staff.  
Occupational Health and Safety Inductions

Casual staff members will be directed to Lia Gardiner in the first instance.  Lia will organise for the completion of casual appointment paperwork.
