Frequently Asked Questions
When do I receive my marks for intra-semester assessment?
The method of return of results varies from course to course but all results should be back to you in some form within three weeks of submission.
Scanner Submissions – Assignments submitted via the School's Scanner (located at the School Office, Level 3, Skerman Building) will be available for collection during semester. We will email you with collection details as soon as they are released. It is up to you to collect your assignments and check your mark.
Assessment submitted online in class will be either emailed or released via an online website. Again, you will be emailed details on how to get your results.
Any results that have not already been emailed previously will be released via email during the Swot Vac week (Week 14).
How do I request a remark?
- Make an appointment to talk to either the Course Coordinator or an appropriate academic staff member about the assessment item. Your Course Coordinator will advise who you should see.

- Submit an application form (available at the School office or here) to the School Office within one month of the release of the marked assessment including a substantial reason as to why the original mark needs to be reconsidered.
