2009 PROGRAM PUBLICATIONS
The Program Information book and the Program and Course Information CD for 2009 will be produced as per 2008. However, following consultations with stakeholders, it has been agreed that for administrative staff the 2009 Course book will be produced as a spiral bound A4 publication by Copying and General Office Services (formerly Duplicating Services). This was considered the optimal way to meet the need to publish the handbook in a durable format while at the same time minimising costs.
Details regarding purchase of the publications will be advised later in the year.
The timeline for extraction of data from the various sources is as follows:
- programs database (fields as per last year: program code; honours; entry requirements and program requirements) on 18 August 2008.
- program list database 2009 program lists on 1 September 2008.
- All rules changes approved up to and including the September Senate will be included.
UPDATES TO DISTRIBUTION LABELS

Tina Ferguson, t.ferguson@admin.uq.edu.au, of Copying and General Office Services (formerly Duplicating Services), is also available to provide advice on duplication and circulation of material throughout the University.
