UQ maintains records relating to its teaching and learning activities including course material and learning management information.

Discovery

UQ maintains records relating to its research activities, including information relating to research administration and management, research data, ethics and animal welfare clearances, research facilities, research commercialisation, research awards and prizes, and research publications.

Engagement 

UQ maintains records relating to its engagement with alumni, industry partners and current and prospective students.  This includes information about engagement programs, donations and bequests to the University, record of events and honorary awards.

Student administration

UQ maintains records relating to student administration, including admission and enrolment, scholarships and prizes, program management, student financials, timetable management, graduation, assessment, academic progression, student and campus support.

Student accommodation

UQ maintains records relating to student accommodation at the Gatton Halls of Residence.

Library management

UQ maintains records relating to the library catalogue, online and digital resources, library loans, open access to research publications (eSpace), learning and research facilities and resources.

UQ also maintains records relating to the management of its property portfolio, campus parking and traffic management, energy management, construction, campus services and campus infrastructure.

Research Delivery

Clinics

UQ maintains records of patients attending the UQ Health Service, Health and Rehabilitation Clinic, Psychology Clinic, Audiology Clinic, Occupational Therapy Clinic, Speech Pathology Clinic and other clinics operated at the University.

 

UQ also maintains records relating to school clinics and general services provided by University’s Schools, Faculties, and Institutes to the community.
