Research Week aims to raise awareness of UQ research across key stakeholders, including staff, current and prospective students, graduates, industry, government, media and the wider community.

A variety of events are held to celebrate and promote research at UQ, including information sessions on study and scholarship opportunities, and the following keynote events:

  • BrisScience/UQ Research Week Public Lecture
  • UQ Foundation Research Excellence Awards and Awards for Excellence in Research Higher Degree Supervision (invitation only)
  • The Great Debate (co-hosted by the UQ Graduate School and Office of Undergraduate Education)
  • Research Engagement Dinner (invitation only)
