Details:
Presenter Bill Schweri will discuss strategies for attracting support from US funding sources such as National Science Foundation, Office of Naval Research and National Institutes of Health. The workshop will cover tips on how to write a competitive proposal; how to seek and secure funding from the National Institutes of Health, including a discussion of the review process, proposal format, funding cycles, necessary information gathering and follow-up.

Bill Schweri is the Director of Federal Relations and Sponsored Program Development in the Office of the Vice President for Research at the University of Kentucky.
