The forum will give insights into new ways of thinking about research and its potential. Chaired by Professor David Siddle, Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research), with a panel comprising experienced researchers and faculty innovation managers. The panel consists of: Associate Professor Joanne Tompkins (Faculty of Arts) and Mr David Israel (Manager, Innovation & Commercial Development, Faculty of Arts): Can the Humanities package and sell applied research? Professor Sue Spence (Deputy President, Academic Board) and Mr Joe McLean (Manager, Innovation & Commercial Development, Faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences): Can the Social Sciences package and sell their expertise? Professor Maree Smith (Faculty of Health Sciences) and Dr Stuart Behncken (Manager, Innovation & Commercial Development, Faculty of Biological and Chemical Sciences): Can the Bio-Medical Sciences package and sell their know-how?
