In a collaborative effort, the Arthritis National Research Foundation (ANRF) and the National Psoriasis Foundation (NPF) are seeking grant applications that focus on studying psoriatic arthritis.

Overview

• Eligibility
• Applicants must be newer MD and/or PhD applicants at early stages in their career (equivalent to assistant professor/instructor/senior post-docs).

• Funding
The duration of the Psoriatic Arthritis Research Grant is 1 year (1 August 2019 – 31 July 2020, with the option to apply for a second year if significant progress is demonstrated) with funding of USD $100,000 (direct costs only).

• Eligible Expenses
Eligible expenses include:
• Salaries
• Supplies and Equipment
• Justified travel to scientific meetings directly related to the proposed studies
Senior personnel (Associate professor level or above) will not be funded

• Overheads
Indirect costs/overheads are not funded by this scheme.
