Overview

• Aims
The objectives of the Program are to improve outcomes for Australian women in five key focus areas:
• Women’s economic security
• Women’s workforce participation
• Women’s leadership
• Women’s safety
• International engagement

The Project grant scheme supports grant opportunities (one or more through the year) for one-off or small-scale projects that achieve tangible improvements in outcomes linking the government’s five focus areas. Grant opportunities under this scheme will seek applications that contribute to the achievement of all, one, or a combination of the five key focus area outcomes listed above.

• Eligibility
• Applications from consortia are acceptable, provided there is a lead applicant who is the main driver of the project and is eligible.
• Grants will not be awarded to projects which receive funding from another government source for the same purpose.

• Funding
Funding will be provided to organisations across the country for one-off or small-scale projects to achieve tangible outcomes for the community over the next three years.

• complete the application form
• provide all the information requested
• meet all eligibility criteria and address all assessment criteria
• include all necessary attachments
• submit your application before the closing date and time.

For UQR&I internal review and feedback, email your application and completed Funding Application Coversheet to your UQR&I Office of Sponsored Research RAO.
