NHMRC - Targeted Call for Research into Healthy Ageing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples - Opening of Applications

The NHMRC is calling for proposals for two Targeted Calls for Research (TCR): TCR into Healthy Ageing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples and the TCR into Debilitating Symptom Complexes Attributed to Ticks. Teams are reminded that it is advisable that the ‘core team’ be finalised by minimum data as the NHMRC has previously advised that the Core team/CI team is not able to be changed after this date.

Targeted Call for Research into Healthy Ageing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples will open on Wednesday 20 June 2018.

This call is to provide funding for rigorous, culturally-informed research into improving the health and experiences of ageing in older Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. For further details, please see the draft Call-Specific Funding Rules now available from GrantConnect.

Anticipated Key Dates
• Round Opening: 20 June 2018 - Documentation and confirmation of dates will be available from GrantConnect
• Minimum data due in RGMS: 15 August 2018
