The MS Research Australia Project Grant is an award made in support of either a biomedical or social and applied research project within an Australian Institution proposed by an appropriately qualified investigator. All applications must have a direct link to advancing knowledge of MS. Aim: The grant aims to assist investigations in which considerable progress can be expected over two to three years or a shorter period. Funding Details: The duration of MS Research Australia Project Grants is two to three years, with funding of $30,000 to $140,000 per annum. Eligibility: • Investigators must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident. • Applicants may only be named on three applications within any one grant year and only once as a CIA. • The application must show strong evidence of preliminary supporting data and feasibility studies to back up the hypothesis. The UQR&I internal deadline for submission of applications is close of business Monday 2 April 2018. Applicants should provide a completed application and signed Funding Application Coversheet to medicinegrants2@research.uq.edu.au in order to commence the UQR&I review process.
