2018 Community Heritage Grants (CGH)
Sponsor: National Library of Australia
Closing Date: 07-May-2018
The Community Heritage Grants (CHG) program aims to provide cash grants of up to $15,000 for preservation of and training projects for publically accessible, local held and nationally significant cultural heritage collections.

Funding Details: The duration of CHG is one year, with funding of up to $15,000 per annum per organisation.

Eligibility: Applicants must be a not-for-profit organisation that owns or manages a nationally significant material collection. Other organisations may also apply—please see the Guidelines for further information.

Please see http://www.nla.gov.au/chg/guidelines for further information, noting the two categories of projects eligible for funding, and that if applying for more than one project in the same year, the combined total must not exceed $15,000 (incl. GST) per organisation. If you are a 2017 grant recipient, you will need to have your 2017 grant completed and fully acquitted by 16 April 2018 to be eligible to apply in this grant round.

The UQR&I internal deadline for submission of applications is close of business Monday 23 April 2018. Please note, organisations may apply for more than one project provided the combined annual value is no more than $15,000 (inc GST). If the combined annual value for projects submitted to the Office of Sponsored Research exceeds this limit, an internal EOI process will take place.

Applicants should provide a completed application and signed Funding Application Coversheet to hassgrants@research.uq.edu.au or issrgrants@research.uq.edu.au in order to commence the UQR&I review process.
