In conjunction with teaching, training and other educational activities, QADREC conducts a targeted research program. This research program operates from a public health perspective, focusing on the determinants and contexts of alcohol and drug related problems. QADREC also undertakes research on the effectiveness of strategies for the prevention, treatment and harm minimisation of these problems.
