  • Development and management of MOU's and other agreements on behalf of the EDO
    • UQ Union
    • UQ Sport
  • Provision of strategic ICT advice and support
  • Project management quality assurance
  • Management of the SLA between central divisions and ITS
  • Provision of advice regarding Business Continuity
  • Crisis Management Planning
