New appointments in the MarComms network

Lindy White has secured the position as Marketing Manager in OMC.

Lindy has more than 10 years’ experience in marketing roles in the higher education sector. Lindy held marketing roles for 3 years with two different faculties at QUT (2002 – 2005), prior to joining UQ as a Marketing Coordinator in 2005. In addition to her substantive role, Lindy has held a variety of fixed term and project roles at UQ, including Executive Admin Manager, a previous stint as Marketing Manager, Project Officer, and Senior Marketing Coordinator.

Kate Cuddihy was appointed to the role of Senior Protocol Officer in OMC.

Kate was previously an Events Assistant with the BEL Faculty, prior to joining OMC as a Marketing and Communications Assistant in January 2010. During the course of 2012, Kate has been leading the delivery of UQ’s flagship recruitment events (Open Day, Post Graduate Advice Night and Options Evening). Kate has also assisted the Protocol team with a range of events throughout the year. 

Kate is extremely well regarded for her dedication, professionalism and supreme organisation skills and has a strong network of contacts across UQ.
