The Marketing team within the Office of Marketing and Communications (OMC) oversees the University's corporate marketing strategy.
Key areas of responsibility for the Marketing team are:
- Developing an annual, integrated marketing communication plan for the University, in line with the University's Strategic Plan and priorities;
- Managing the UQ corporate advertising campaign;
- Providing advice and support for marketing strategy development and planning for University units;
- Assisting with the coordination of unit events and activities;
- Providing a comprehensive advertising service to all UQ units;
- Overseeing the application of UQ branding elements to University marketing activities;
- Facilitating University-wide marketing activities and projects;
- Coordinating advertising and promotion for major UQ events and initiatives; and
- Providing a range of corporate materials and products to support unit marketing activities.
