Workplace OH&S Induction and Training Modules
Which modules should you do?
All 'workers' at UQ are required to participate in OH&S training.
Please refer to the UQ Training Needs Analysis (TNA) table to assist you to determine which of the below modules you are required to complete. A TNA should be completed with your Supervisor.
Access to the UQ online Workplace OH&S Induction and Training Modules is via your UQ Username.If you don't have a UQ Username - please see your HR Officer, Supervisor or Safety Coordinator (WHSC).
Mandatory Training for all UQ Workers:

- Biosafety
- Chemical Safety
- Compressed Gases Safety
- Computer Workstations - Design & Adjustment
- Field Safety
- Hand Tool Safety
- Laboratory Safety Induction
- Risk Management Training

Getting an error message from ELMO?
The Annual Fire Safety Training module is currently hosted in the external database ELMO. If you are attempting to log in from a non-UQ computer, you will need to ensure you have VPN running on your computer. UQ VPN link is http://uqconnect.net/vpn (direct link, http://vpn.uq.edu.au/).
