
Dr Radhika Santhanam-Martin is a Senior Clinical Psychologist working with children, families, communities and service providers in Indigenous settings in Far North Queensland, Australia. She is a Clinical Supervisor for the remote area child and youth mental health team. She is also a Senior Lecturer with the School of Medicine at University of Queensland.
Her work includes research, clinical, supervisory and professional development activities in Cairns, Cape York and Torres Strait districts; she is involved in a range of community capacity building initiatives with NGO’s, government workers, justice groups and community members. Her participatory action research is focussed on evaluating mental health service delivery models in remote areas with particular relevance to Aboriginal and Islander communities.
