Peter Tregloan is an Associate Professor in Chemistry at The University of Melbourne and has had a long standing engagement with the use of technology in teaching and learning. He has held the positions of Assistant Dean and Associate Dean (IT and Multimedia) in the Faculty of Science, and Chair of the Teaching and Learning (Multimedia and Educational Technology) Committee of the Academic Board at Melbourne, the University's peak committee for educational innovation. Over the last decade, he has led a wide range of technology-based projects that have challenged and extended established approaches for teaching large chemistry classes.
