
Having worked for 15 years as a commercial interior designer, Jo Dane has spent the last 8 years teaching interior architecture design studio at Monash University and is co-program coordinator of the Bachelor of Interior Architecture program.
Jo is completing a PhD at Monash University titled “New Generation Learning Environments for Higher Education” in which she is evaluating and comparing four new types of university learning spaces. She has also completed a Graduate Certificate of Higher Education.
Jo has published and presented at national and international conferences for the Society of College and University Planning (SCUP), the Council for Educational Facility Planners International (CEFPI) and the Tertiary Education Facility Managers Association (TEFMA). She is a board member of the Victorian Chapter of the Australasian Region of CEFPI.
