Liz Jordan is Manager, Planning and Projects at The University of Queensland Library. She is responsible for coordinating the Library's strategic and operational planning, and its project management framework. Quality assurance, conducting research and development projects geared to the improvement of Library services, and maintaining the Library's qualitative and quantitative performance measurements are also within her portfolio.
Liz has over twenty years’ experience in secondary and tertiary education, in both teaching and information resource management contexts. She is currently engaged in projects studying the information seeking behaviour of first year university students and the use of library spaces by different disciplinary cohorts.
