Students enrolled in MARS2005 Australia's Marine Environment are given the opportunity to explore Heron Island and its surrounding coral reefs.
In April this year, 30 students embarked on a study of the island's marine eco-system while based at the Heron Island Research Station.
MARS2005 Australia's Marine Environment is offered to science and non-science students.
Students interested in taking this course should check with their Faculty if it can be credited towards their program. The course is pre-approved for Study Abroad and Exchange students.
