- Attend a compulsory ‘Getting Started’ session. You do not need to pre-book, just arrive by 9.00am. If you are unable to attend a ‘Getting Started’ session, you should make an appointment to see an International Student Advisor.
- Attend an ‘Accommodation Information’ session (St Lucia campus only), following the ‘Getting Started’ session
- Visit the Student Centre to organise your OSHC card, and to pick up your UQ internet user ID and password which you will need to enrol and to access a suite of UQ portals.
- Attend the ‘Academic Preparation Program’
- Attend ‘International Student Orientation’ and faculty advising sessions - see the full Orientation website for details of the faculty advising sessions
- Enrol in your courses
- Obtain your student card
- Pay any tuition fee balance owing by the due date.
- Enjoy your time at UQ!
