What is UQ's privacy management policy?

• The University holds personal information concerning students as a natural consequence of its teaching, research and administrative functions.
  
• The University's Privacy Management Policy recognises the need to respect the privacy of those about whom personal information is held and addresses the circumstances in which privacy issues may arise.
  
• UQ's Privacy Management Policy can be found in the Handbook of University Policies and Procedures (Policy Number: 1.60.2).
