 ID Card Sessions


All students require photographic identification (for example, driver's licence or passport) to obtain an ID card.

Please note that all ID cards must be signed on production.

The sessions listed below are for normal semester times only. 

» St Lucia 

  • ID cards are issued from the Unicard desk, Level 2 (Great Court entrance) of the Duhig Building (Bldg 2) [See map]
    Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:45pm
     

» Ipswich 

  • ID Cards will be issued from the Student Centre, Level 2, (Bldg 8) [See map], from 9am - 5pm.
     

» Gatton

  • ID cards are issued from the Gatton Student Centre, Level 1, N W Briton Administration Centre Annexe (Bldg 8-101A) [See map]
    Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm
  • ID cards are mandatory for students studying through distance education. Please see the main the ID-cards page for information about obtaining a student ID card if you are an external student.


» Herston

  • If you require an ID card please contact the School of Medicine office to book an appointment (phone 3365-5278). On the day of your appointment, staff from the office will advise where the session will be held.
  • Time: 2-3pm on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month.
  • Cards will be returned to the relevant school office for collection and should be available within three working days. Urgent ID card production is available at the St Lucia Campus.
