Notice of Decision
The student will be notified of the President of the Academic Board’s decision on the application within 45 working days from the date the application was received by the University.

Notice of the decision will be in writing and will be sent to the student’s mailing address recorded in mySI-net. Where the applicant is no longer a student of the University, and his/her mailing address has changed, this should be noted clearly on the student’s written application.

Appeals
Students dissatisfied with a decision made by the President of the Academic Board in relation to a change to a finalised result application has the right to apply to the Senate Student Appeals Committee for a review of that decision, in accordance with the University’s grievance resolution process.
