The Wheat Phenome Atlas is a collection of phenome maps and the description of how to generate them.
Each phenome map presented the trait associated markers (TAMs) obtained from genome-wide association studies (GWAS). Phenome maps in this WPA version 1.0 was obtained from GWAS conducted for phenotypic and genotypic data obtained from 25 cycles of Elite Wheat Spring Wheat Yield Trials (ESWYTs).
