There is currently a discussion on the ITLO list regarding revamping this site.
All maintenence of this site in the past was done voluntarily to keep it open to all opinions.
A revamp is certainly due and would need to be commited to IT Staff, and their needs. Dynamic content and external RSS feeds would be part of a new ITLO site.
