Conference facilities and venues

High-tech facilities make UQ Ipswich an ideal venue for conferences, corporate seminars and events. Room availability depends on teaching requirements. The University welcomes all students, staff, business organisations, local community groups, and student groups associated with the University, interested in utilising the teaching facilities at St Lucia, Ipswich and Gatton Campuses.

The UQ Union’s Three Limes cafe and bar is available for hire for various events and activities. It has a large function space and a covered outdoor veranda with sweeping views to the Great Dividing Range. The UQ Union's catering staff is also able to provide catering services in combination with hire of this function space.

Catering

External caterers are permitted on Campus except in the Union buildings. Please contact the Campus Operations Officer for details
