b. Students enrolled in the Bachelor of Business or Bachelor of Business Communication programs at UQ Ipswich and have completed their second year of study in 2008.

c. Greatest overall proficiency in the Communication Management or Organisational Communication major, under the Bachelor of Business / Bachelor of Business Communication at UQ Ipswich in 2008

d. In the situation where more than one student achieves the highest result, past academic results (including GPA) will be used to determine the successful applicant

e. $200 (awarded annually and reviewed after three years). The prize also entitles the successful student to one year's free membership of the Society of Business Communicators (Queensland).
