Welcome to the Ipswich Campus of the University of Queensland

The University of Queensland is a large and diverse community of people, undertaking study and research in many different fields. The Ipswich Campus, established in 1999, is UQ’s newest campus, and caters for students from all over Southeast Queensland.

Students of all ages and backgrounds come to this university and this campus: school-leavers, mature-age students, postgraduates, parents and grandparents, people from the city, from small country towns and from remote areas, indigenous and international students, people struggling to make ends meet and people from wealthy backgrounds, people of all religions, opinions, lifestyles, and interests.
