Facilities available

There are two rooms which can be booked for community use. These are the Community Room and Community Resource Room. Both have access to a kitchenette facility. Both rooms are fully air conditioned and provide the following facilities:

  • Full Lectern facilities including PC & Microphone
  • Full Audio-Visual facilities including Overhead Projector, DVD, VHS, etc.
  • Laptop connection and Data Projection
  • Internet connection, if required
  • Whiteboard

Full induction of the facilities to ensure ease of use is required before use of rooms. This will be arranged when you make your booking.

Community Meeting Room

The Community Meeting Room seats up to 25 depending on the set-up required. There are desks and chairs provided in an open space room to allow the room to be configured in a number of ways. Your set-up requirements will be discussed with you at the time of booking. Use of the Community Room is provided free-of-charge to not-for-profit community groups.

Community Resource Room

Community Resource Room has 15 PCs with a small workshop area of desks and chairs at the rear of the room. Temporary Internet access can be applied for at the time of booking if required. The Resource Room is also available free-of-charge.

Kitchenette Facilities

  • Kitchenette facilities are provided free-of-charge and include:
  • Hot Water (Zip Boil)
  • Microwave
  • Dishwasher
  • Refrigerator
  • Tables & Chairs

Restrooms are available close by to the community rooms and access toilets are also available.
