The University of Queensland Ipswich Campus is pleased to join with the Bremer Institute of TAFE to host the Ipswich and District Careers Market 2003 on Monday 11 August.

The careers market, to be held from 10am to 3pm at the Bremer Institute of TAFE Bundamba Campus, located in Mary Street, Bundamba, will provide school leavers and members of the community with access to the latest information on tertiary studies, employment opportunities and further training.

With over 40 exhibitors such as major universities, job network agencies, local business, community groups and vocational trainers, the event is the only one of its kind in the Ipswich region.

Some of the activities available on the day include demonstrations, live classes, career guidance and course information, displays, campus tours, prizes and giveaways including the opportunity to win $1000 free tuition at The Bremer Institute of TAFE.

Visitors will also be entertained by local bands and a free sausage sizzle.
