Visit Request form

This form is provided to assist in planning when representatives of organisations wish to visit The University of Queensland (UQ). Our aim is to identify the purpose of the visit and the expected outcomes, and to decide on an appropriate response to the request.

Please include as much information as possible to allow coordination of an effective itinerary.

While we would like to be able to accept all requests, there are times when we must limit our response due to the level of demand.

A minimum of two weeks notice is preferred

Please note: For your delegation to receive the maximum benefit from their visit, they should either have a working knowledge of English, or be accompanied by an interpreter.
